Is nuclear power the best way to prevent global warming? I think it is a double edged sword. We should carefully consider whether nuclear power is good or not.
It is true that nuclear energy enables us to do a lot of things, in particular electricity. For that reason, we are able to walk at night and live more comfortably. According to many scientists, the only way we can do this is with nuclear power.
On the other hand, some people argue that fire power is good enough to make electricity, so we don’t really need nuclear power.
In addition, there are the health risks to think about. Take Japan for instance. It is in fact really dangerous to build a nuclear power station where there are frequent earthquakes.
Unfortunately many people have already been contaminated by radioactivity and we must be concerned about nuclear war.
In the end, it is difficult to say whether nuclear power is good or bad. To my mind, it is a necessary evil.
